I am the founder and director of Tablebook.me and Tablebook.ai. We offer a 24/7 digital assistant product for the restaurant industry. We hired Maruti Techlabs to build an AI-based chatbot that could handover to human agents when it came across queries that it couldn’t handle. The human handover feature was vital for us as it allowed us to bring in our human agents only when needed, while the bot dealt with the rest of the conversation.
