Closeloop implemented Salesforce Service Cloud to modernize support operations and create a scalable service foundation.

 
The Challenge
Support requests arrived through scattered channels, causing delays and miscommunication. Email-to-Case and Omni-Channel Routing automated case creation and assignment, reducing manual work and improving response consistency. Ajna is a recruitment platform used by staffing teams to connect employers with talent across multiple industries. Although the platform offered features like automated matching and scheduling, its candidate onboarding flow was long and manual. Closeloop enhanced Ajna with an AI-powered resume parser that converts resumes into complete profiles in one step, improving speed and data accuracy.

The Challenge

Candidates were required to enter work history, education, and skills manually, causing many to drop out before finishing their profiles. Incomplete profiles could not match with jobs, reducing placement opportunities and forcing admins to fix or create profiles themselves. This manual work slowed hiring and created delays for both recruiters and candidates.

Our Solution

Closeloop integrated an AI resume parsing system using NLP to extract skills, job titles, responsibilities, and education directly from uploaded resumes. The former multi-step onboarding was replaced with a one-click upload experience. An AI-assisted admin tool allowed profile creation from resumes without manual data entry, improving platform adoption and consistency.

The Impact

The new process increased onboarding completion by seventy percent and reduced incomplete profiles by ninety-nine percent. Job-candidate matching became almost fully automated, and administrative effort was reduced by ninety-five percent. Ajna now supports faster hiring, better data quality, and a smoother candidate experience.
