We approached Instictools for a client-managed, time & materials contract. Instictools provided suitable engineering resources and together we had to manage those resources through challenging times, the emphasis here is in the term “together”. Instictools’ handling was driven by the maxim of caring for both us, the client, and their developers, keeping an eye on a long term relationship. It is not always easy to strike a good balance and difficult choices had to be made.
