To support growing operational complexity, Vestra partnered with ADM to design and implement a custom ERP system that brings sales, project execution, supplier coordination, pricing, and financial processes into one unified platform. Challenge As ADM Engineering expanded, managing customers, suppliers, and parallel projects across different regions became increasingly difficult. Manual processes and disconnected systems made quoting time-consuming, reduced visibility into project status, and created inefficiencies in inventory tracking and financial management. Solution Vestra built a purpose-designed ERP system tailored to ADM Engineering’s workflows. The platform combines CRM, project tracking, product configuration, pricing logic, inventory management, work orders, and financial controls. Automated reminders, location-based quoting, and real-time pricing inputs helped streamline daily operations. Results The new ERP system gave ADM Engineering centralized control over its operations.
